Top notch customer service, kept appointment times and returned all phone calls. The same technician came to my house each time and was very professional and polite. He gave me several options and even offered some discount if I would sign up for their maintenance contract. I'm very happy with their service. The same day, the technician came back with a new part, replaced it, and performed maintenance. But the main reason we went with Sam’s was due to his presentation and communication. Sam, and everyone on his entire team, were ALWAYS personable and professional.
